Saidot, founded in 2018 by CEO Meeri Haataja and headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, is a European-native AI Governance platform designed to help organizations and governments systematize AI oversight, compliance, and transparency.

The company raised €1.75 million in a 2023 seed round led by Crowberry Capital and Ventic with additional support from Business Finland. Saidot’s platform leverages a knowledge graph architecture to manage AI asset inventories, automatically link risks and controls as systems evolve, and provide out-of-the-box EU AI Act-aligned templates, enabling clients to move from static documentation to adaptive governance.
